The coordination of events and weddings cannot be improvised. It is an important activity that our team takes care of to allow our clients to enjoy the party in a carefree way. The coordination between all the suppliers and the services provided should never be lacking, especially when it comes to luxury events or involving many guests.
Therefore being able to count on professional figures who take care of the operational part is fundamental for events of all types and sizes. This is why the Genius Eventi working method provides two specific reference figures for these tasks: the road manager and the event coordinator.
The road manager takes care of all the logistical aspects related to the event. It deals with planning the transport of equipment and the transfer of guests, manages overnight stays and the rental of any necessary material. He is the road manager who first guarantees the success of the event, and together with him the event coordinator.
The latter is actively present during the event and takes care of managing every moment to make sure that everything takes place as planned and with the right timing.
In order for an event to become a successful occasion, everything must be planned and coordinated perfectly, avoiding unnecessary waste of time. Our working method involves the creation of a document, available for the entire team that will take care of the project, in which to detail the tasks of each member and the general framework. In this way everyone will know perfectly what their role is and who to contact in case of difficulty.
It is also very important to consider a margin of time to remedy any unforeseen events during the organization and preparation phases.
